Job summary

The Arlington is Naples’ premier address for luxury senior living and a Life Plan Community. We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (Nights) for our Skilled Nursing unit to deliver compassionate care to older adults.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant license (CNA).
• Ability to speak, write and comprehend English fully.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting).
• Reposition patients and assist with transfers.
• Observe residents and report unusual findings to charge nurse.
• Ensure call system is accessible and responded to promptly.
• Assist with vital signs, measurements and routine nursing tasks.
• Support residents with errands and activities as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
• Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Florida license as a Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR.
• MUST have the ability to Speak, Write and Comprehend the English Language.
• Ability to document patient records using PCC, and complete in-service training.
