As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

1. Help customers with technical and non-technical inquiries across multiple channels (Email and Live Chat).
2. Engage in meaningful conversations with customers and problem-solve when issues arise.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their needs in a courteous and timely manner, utilizing active listening and empathy.
4. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to draft and update email template responses and Knowledge Base articles.
