Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required before employment. Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, monitoring entry/exit points, and maintaining logs.
• Monitor deliveries, shipments, and vehicle traffic at gates and docks; report unusual activity and policy violations to proper personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
