Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while following site procedures.
• Verify access credentials and monitor entry points per location procedures.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at entry points and monitor access control.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations per site requirements.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to deter incidents.
