Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a production location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining access records.
• Screen inbound and outbound vehicles, deliveries, and personnel according to site procedures and direct drivers and visitors to entry points.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, adjacent areas, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
