Job Description:

The Nursing department is seeking a federal aid recipient for student employment. This position will be funded by federal work study dollars; only students that receive financial aid awards can be considered for this specific role. If you have questions about your award or are not certain that you are receiving financial aid please contact the Office of Financial Aid at extension 3156. Please see below the specific duties and responsibilities of the position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 1. Filing.
• 3. Cleaning/Organizing: Countertops, conference table, microwave oven, copy room.
• 4. Serve as receptionist for the department. Taking messages, forwarding calls to appropriate faculty and staff.
• 5. Greet visitors.
• 6. Operate office machines such as the fax machine, copier/scanner, computer, shredder.
• 7. Assist departmental administrative assistants in miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements:

Reliable, prompt, knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite, friendly, professional attitude and self-motivated.

Additional Information:

Shift Information: This is a part-time, non-benefited student only position. Work hours vary depending upon students class schedule. Hourly rate $15.00.
