Qualifications

• Minimum of two years HUD FSS program administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or Associate’s with four+ years relevant experience.
• Experience with HUD FSS regulations and escrow account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two IMPACT Coordinators with structured reviews.
• Oversee ITSPs and CoPs in HUD FSS Final Rule compliance.
• Monitor enrollment, retention, goal progression, and escrow accumulation.
• Manage escrow calculations and related HUD documentation.
• Develop quarterly outreach strategies to drive enrollment.
• Lead program meetings and coordinate with community partners.
