Washington County's Department of Housing Services seeks a Family Self-Sufficiency Program Specialist to help residents move toward stability. The role focuses on administering the FSS program, building an Action Plan, tracking progress, and maintaining case records.

You will provide direct case management, connect participants with community resources, and support goal achievement through coaching. This position offers non-exempt status with regular hours and a hybrid work environment

Formación

• Knowledge of the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program and participant goal-setting.
• Ability to assess needs and connect households with services and resources.
• Experience developing and maintaining FSS Action Plans with stakeholder input.
• Proficiency in keeping accurate case management records and HUD reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for community events and partner meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and strengthen the FSS program.
• Develop and maintain the FSS Action Plan.
• Track participant progress and maintain case records.
• Compile data to meet HUD and organizational reporting requirements.
• Provide direct case management and connect participants with resources.
