Washington County is hiring a Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program Specialist in Hillsboro, OR. This role administers and strengthens the FSS program, develops the Action Plan, tracks progress, and maintains case management records.

Qualifikationen

Thorough knowledge of the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program, including participant goal-setting and resource coordination.
Ability to assess participant needs and connect households with community services and opportunities.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate case management records and program data for HUD reporting.
