US Foods, Inc. is seeking a dedicated FSQA-oriented professional to ensure product quality from receiving through shipping in a refrigerated plant. The role emphasizes strict adherence to GMPs, SSOPs, and regulatory standards while supporting inventory and process controls.

The successful candidate will perform material inspections, verify temperatures and weights, monitor equipment calibration and CCPs, and assist with staff training as needed in a fast-paced food production environment.

Formación

• Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a food production environment.
• HACCP Certified preferred.
• USDA or FDA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform incoming raw material checks including trailer inspection, box condition, temperature and weight accuracy.
• Inspect outgoing finished products for accuracy and packaging integrity prior to shipping.
• Conduct daily QC tasks: equipment calibration, antimicrobial application, CCP verification and inventory aging monitoring.
• Support inventory control and cycle counting activities.
• Perform daily steak cutting quality checks and monitor cutting yield.
• Complete and submit routine reports for statistical or operational analysis.
