Job summary

US Foods seeks a FSQA Supervisor to participate in developing and coordinating food safety and quality policies for safe produce repack operations. You will support DCs within the region, manage EMP, sampling, testing, and corrective actions to ensure regulatory compliance and GFSI standards.

The role requires HACCP and EMP experience, 3+ years in QA supervision, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science or related field.
• 3+ years minimum experience in a Quality Assurance supervisor function.
• HACCP certified.
• PCQI certified or willing to obtain within 90 days.
• EMP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement food safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Lead Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) and analyze results.
• Coordinate internal audits for GFSI certification and regulatory visits.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, USDA, state/local and DOL policies.
