Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated FSQA Technician in San Bernardino, CA to join a premier meat snack producer. You will implement and monitor safety and quality programs, perform inspections and calibrations, and collaborate with production to ensure top-tier standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar FSQA function, knowledge of HACCP/SQF/BRC, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar FSQA role within food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, BRC or equivalent standards.
• Experience with inspections, swabbing, calibration, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work both independently and on a team.
• Degree or certification in food science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor food safety and quality programs per HACCP, SQF, BRC.
• Perform inspections, swabbing and calibration of equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot issues and take corrective actions to protect product safety.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests and actions.
• Collaborate with production to uphold high safety and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Provide training and guidance on best practices for FSQA.
