Job summary

Royal Fresh Cuts is seeking an FSQA Supervisor on the 2nd shift in Atlanta, GA to lead a fast-paced food manufacturing team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The role oversees HACCP, quality programs, and regulatory compliance.

You will train and develop quality staff, maintain audit records, and partner with Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse to resolve issues quickly. A Bachelor's in Food Science is required with HACCP/GFSI credentials and 5+ years' leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
• HACCP and GFSI certifications required; PCQI preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing QA or food safety.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Office 365; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Location: Atlanta, GA
Hours: 4:30 PM - until production ends
Pay:Start pay $80k a year- Competitive salary based on experience

The FSQA Supervisor oversees 2nd shift operations to ensure food safety, product quality, and compliance with all SQF and regulatory standards. This role leads a dedicated team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You will Do

Work Environment

Cold (34F-38F), fast-paced production setting with exposure to wet floors, noise, and moving equipment. Standing and lifting up to 50 lbs. required. PPE provided.
