GTR Link seeks a dedicated FSQA Supervisor to oversee all FSQA activities on the assigned shift, ensuring HACCP/GMP compliance and adherence to safety policies. The role includes training hourly technicians and coordinating with plant management to maintain product quality.

You will conduct routine audits, verify data entry, and respond to product issues and audit findings. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will drive continuous quality improvements on site.

Responsabilidades

• Assuring that FSQA team members adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out during sanitation inspections.
• Training and development of hourly FSQA team members; coaching, verification, and accountability to enforce company policies.
• Routine auditing for compliance to regulatory, customer, and Peco FSQA policies and procedures including HACCP and GMP programs and required documentation.
• Verification that finished product conforms to customer and Peco specifications; maintain sampling procedures and data entry in data collection systems per customer requirements.
• Follow-up on product issues and audit results as directed by the FSQA Manager.
• Verification of pre-operational programs through organoleptic and surface ATP or APC sampling; implement corrective actions as needed and report to plant management; communicate with USDA during FSIS verification activities.
• Participate in facility and foreign material prevention audits.
• Ensure test kitchen on assigned shift conducts cook-offs and testing per customer requirements with documented results; conduct daily sensory evaluation of products with documented results.
• Maintain Hold and Release program for assigned shift and update status to FSQA Manager.
• Participate on cross-functional improvement teams as requested by FSQA Manager.
• All other duties as assigned by the FSQA Manager.
