Tyson Foods is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Supervisor to uphold product quality on a designated shift. You will lead FSQA technicians, verify records, conduct audits, prepare for GFSI and customer audits, and address issues while ensuring HACCP, USDA, GMP compliance.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required. This role requires flexibility to cover other shifts as needed, with physical requirements including lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for long

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year in a food manufacturing environment; supervisory exp preferred.
• HACCP/HARPC certifications preferred; knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, SSOPs.
• Basic computer skills; SAP knowledge helpful.

Responsabilités

• Lead FSQA technicians on the assigned shift.
• Verify production paperwork and conduct floor checks.
• Conduct audits and assist the FSQA manager with compliance.
• Prepare facility for GFSI and customer audits.
• Investigate customer complaints and environmental issues.
• Facilitate food safety training for team members.
• Communicate with onsite regulators (USDA).
