Flying Food Group is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Tech to support daily FSQ operations in a production facility. This full-time hourly role focuses on maintaining records, ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance, and supporting inspections and audits.

Ideal candidates have FSQ experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office. The position reports to the FSQ Manager with regular duties including sample collection, data recording, and document control.

Qualifications

• Experience as FSQ Clerk/Tech or similar clerical role.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SOPs, and sanitation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• English proficiency; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist FSQ team with daily food safety and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain FSQ records and ensure timely documentation.
• Perform GMP and sanitation checks in production areas.
• Collect samples and monitor quality data.
• Verify batch records and paperwork accuracy.
• Support audits and document control tasks.
• Maintain FSQ supplies and inventory.
• Notify supervisors of safety or quality concerns.
• Assist with calibration logs and sanitation verification.
• Prepare materials for internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
