Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a FSQA Supervisor to lead the quality program on a dedicated shift, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and USDA requirements while maintaining accurate records and preparing for audits.

You will oversee FSQA technicians, coordinate with regulators, and drive improvements in food safety, product quality, and regulatory readiness. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving, with flexibility for weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year in food manufacturing environment required; RTE experience preferred.
• HACCP/HARPC certifications preferred; knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, SSOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSQA technicians on their assigned shift.
• Record verification and audits; ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare facility for GFSI and customer audits.
• Investigate and address customer complaints, foreign material incidents, and environmental issues.
• Coordinate with regulators (USDA) as needed.
• Verify production paperwork and conduct floor checks.
• Perform GMP and housekeeping audits.
• Assist with HACCP reassessment and training of team.
