Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply's Winter Haven Distribution Center is seeking a Safety, Quality & Compliance Specialist to strengthen FSQA and EHS programs across warehouse and fleet operations, ensuring adherence to federal, state and local regulations and supporting ongoing safety improvements.

You will lead risk assessments and incident investigations, train team members, monitor KPI performance, and partner with operations to drive a culture of safety and quality while meeting FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA and

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in warehouse / distribution environment.
Experience in FSQA, EHS, safety, and regulatory compliance standards and metrics.
Strong training and presentation skills.
Experience in incident investigations and auditing.
Able to present to all levels of the organization.
At least 1 year in food distribution or manufacturing operation.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Motivate warehouse and fleet teams; evaluate and mitigate FSQA and EHS risks.
Support contingency plans for recalls and incidents.
Train leaders on FSQA, EHS, and security policies.
Monitor site FSQA/EHS with KPI reporting.
Conduct risk-based incident investigations.
Complete regulatory and security forms (e.g., OSHA 300).
Promote a safety-focused culture aligned with Chick-fil-A values.
Collaborate with operations on performance improvements.
Assist with interview events, onboarding and temporary SQC support for openings.
