Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Safety, Quality & Compliance (SQC) Sr. Specialist in Litchfield Park, AZ to lead regulatory compliance across FSQA and EHS, manage risk, and drive a culture of safety.

You will train teams, conduct audits, and collaborate with DC and fleet leadership to ensure adherence to FDA, USDA, OSHA, and EPA requirements, while supporting recalls and incidents.

Requires 5+ years in warehousing, related certifications, and a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse or distribution environments.
• Strong knowledge of FSQA, EHS, and safety regulations (FDA/USDA OSHA etc.).
• Certifications in HACCP, PCQI, CSP, SQF, or ISO 22000 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSQA, EHS, and regulatory monitoring and KPI reporting.
• Develop and execute contingency plans for recalls and incidents.
• Train leaders and teams on safety and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with DC and transportation leadership to improve performance.
• Support risk assessments and incident investigations.
