Chick-fil-A Supply LLC is seeking a Safety, Quality & Compliance Specialist for its Distribution Center in Winter Haven, FL. In this role, you'll support regulatory compliance, risk management, and training while working to uphold safety and quality standards within the warehouse and fleet teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse/distribution environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality regulations.
• Experience with risk performance metrics.
• Effective computer and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate warehouse and fleet team members.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with FSQA and EHS.
• Provide training on regulatory compliance and food safety.
• Conduct site-level FSQA monitoring and KPI reporting.
• Drive innovation in warehouse and transportation operations.
