Baldor Specialty Foods, Inc. seeks a Supervisor, FSQA Manufacturing to guide day-to-day food safety activities across its facilities—Fresh Cuts, Golden Meat, and Pierless Fish.

You will lead Food Safety teams, ensure compliance with FDA/USDA and local regulations, and uphold SQF, Organic, and Kosher standards to reduce risk for customers and employees. You will train and educate staff, coordinate internal audits, and drive continuous improvement while reporting to the Sr.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated knowledge of FSMA and GFSI principles in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams and building food safety cultures.
• Capable of interpreting CCP/CP and regulatory procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in bilingual work environments and fast-paced settings.
• Experience with audits by FDA/USDA and certifications.

Aufgaben

• Ensure day-to-day compliance with Baldor food safety programs across facilities.
• Lead inspections and coordinate audits from FDA, USDA and third parties.
• Coach and mentor Food Safety associates and leads across sites.
• Develop and execute components of Baldor's food safety policies.
• Conduct internal GAP assessments against FSMA and HACCP requirements.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee SQF, GMPs, and Preventive Controls program adherence.
• Support Kosher and Organic programs and SQF inspections.
