Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an FSQA Manager to lead the facility's FSQA team, develop and verify food safety and quality programs, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role includes leading CAPA activities, coordination with USDA-FSIS, and guiding audits with customers and regulators.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in meat industry quality systems, team leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across plant operations.

• Proficiency with MS Office and QA/datacom tools

Responsibilities

• Lead FSQA team with direct reports (Assistant FSQA Manager, FSQA Superintendent)
• Develop and maintain plant quality and food safety programs (HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, EM programs)
• Lead audits and CAPA activities for foreign material, customer complaints, and environmental monitoring
• Oversee sanitation verification and master sanitation schedules
• Interface with USDA-FSIS personnel on-site and ensure compliance with customer/specs
• Drive training for plant team and FSQA staff
• Lead internal audits and product holds/releases
• Communicate FSQA trends and perform root-cause analysis
• Support major facility projects and new product launches
