Job summary

Domino’s FSQA Manager, Technical Services, leads ingredient commercialization, supplier qualification, and specification management to ensure quality and safety across new products and renovations. You will partner with Product Development, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Regulatory, and suppliers to uphold standards.

This role reports to Technical Services and drives data-driven decisions, scale-up, and risk mitigation while maintaining brand integrity and customer safety in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in food science.
• Certification such as Serve Safe, HACCP, IFT, or equivalent.
• Strong data analysis and ability to communicate data to leaders with recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in food manufacturing, QA or product development in QSR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex innovation and renovation projects with new suppliers and ingredients.
• Develop and implement QA policies and procedures.
• Review and modify specifications for ingredients and suppliers.
• Lead end-to-end commercialization from concept to launch.
• Act as technical authority for scale-up, trials and validation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and communicate impact to leadership.
• Identify improvements to development processes and SOPs for ingredients.
• Oversee consumer and analytical product testing programs.
• Ensure food safety and quality activities across ingredient commercialization.
