Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in Microbiology, Food Sciences, Agriculture or related field is required.
• 3–5 years in FSQA with supervisory experience.
• Technical knowledge of FSMA, HACCP, microbial hazards, audits, and plant operations.
• Strong written and verbal English communications.

Aufgaben

• Manage FSQA programs across value-added facilities and liaise with customers.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/USDA and local regulations.
• Maintain HACCP plans, Preventive Controls, and Organic System Plan.
• Train and supervise FSQA staff and manage related policies.
• Travel up to 30% to Bud Antle facilities as needed.
