Job summary

Bud Antle, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the FSQA: BUD VA-Production team in Bessemer City, NC. The role ensures all food quality processes align with food safety standards and company policies while supporting production lines.

You will perform bag seal and weight checks, monitor critical control points, and maintain logs. A HS diploma and FSQA competency are required; prior food-processing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous FSQA experience preferred in food processing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support in all aspects of the Dole quality process.
• Conduct quality checks including bag seal, oxygen level, proportions, bag weight, and raw materials.
• Verify equipment accuracy and maintain reports and system logs.
• Complete food safety checks to meet critical control points.
• Place and remove Hold statuses for raw, in-process, and finished goods.
• Receive and inspect raw materials to ensure policy compliance.
• Support Master pack rework as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Check master pack and finished goods as required.
