Job summary

Sabrosura Foods, LLC is seeking an experienced FSQ Manager to lead the quality and safety programs for finished products. You will oversee audits, CAPA, and compliance ensuring HACCP and FSMA standards are met across ingredients and processes.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and ability to build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of progressive leadership in food manufacturing/quality.
• Advanced knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, HACCP and FSMA; strong regulatory and audit experience.
• SQF Practitioner certification or willingness to obtain.
• Proven ability to ensure compliance across all food safety areas including ingredients, processes and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Oversees onboarding, training, and development of FSQ employees.
• Manages team scheduling, work assignments, and attendance tracking (NOVAtime).
• Conducts performance evaluations and oversees Career Tier development.
• Drives a culture of ownership and performance through coaching and accountability.
