Job summary

Bud Antle, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Lead in Salinas, CA to supervise and optimize production lines from processing to packaging. You will lead the team on the B Shift, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficiency across daily production tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead process and equipment setup for production to meet daily requirements.
• Direct production workforce and assign tasks based on priorities.
• Ensure safety, GMPs and quality standards on all lines.
• Coordinate changeovers, line staffing, and productivity goals.
• Maintain traceability, log daily production data, and report issues.
