Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Manager, FSQA to lead Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, and Regulatory Compliance programs across the supply chain. You will collaborate with operations, procurement, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and strengthen food safety culture.

The role requires ownership of QA systems, product specifications, and incident management, with a focus on cheese/dairy quality and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• BSc in food science or related field; MSc preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Food Safety and Quality Management Systems to meet regulatory and GFSI requirements.
• Oversee product quality across U.S./Canada supply chain and supplier materials.
• Own product specifications, attributes, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead product reviews, organoleptic and analytical testing, and trend reporting.
• Manage quality incidents, investigations, and supplier corrective actions.
• Serve as QA expert for Cheese/Dairy quality with cross-functional guidance.
• Oversee supplier quality programs including audits and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, sanitation, and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain to embed quality in processes.
• Coach cross-functional teams and suppliers to strengthen food safety culture.
