Job summary

Brakebush Brothers Inc. in Hartwell, GA seeks an FSQA Manager (1st Shift) to lead food safety and quality programs. You will manage HACCP/SSOP, oversee audits, and drive corrective actions while liaising with customers to meet expectations.

The role reports to the Director of FSQA, requires a 5+ year leadership background and a B.S. in a related field, with travel to support multiple facilities as needed. This is a full-time exempt position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Food Science, or related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English.
• HACCP and SQF training.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Planner).

Responsibilities

• Manage our Food Safety and SQF programs and HACCP/SSOP documentation.
• Oversee 3rd-party and customer audits, USDA audits, and corrective actions.
• Lead FSQA team and conduct food safety trainings.
• Support production and communicate with customers and USDA as needed.
