John Soules Foods is seeking a 1st Shift FSQA Supervisor in Gainesville, GA to lead the plant's quality and food safety systems, including HACCP, GMPs, and SSOPs, and to ensure policy enforcement and product specifications are met.

The ideal candidate has 5 years QA experience, at least 2 years in food processing, supervisory background, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and strong communication with all levels.

Qualifications

• 5 years of QA experience or higher education.
• Minimum of 2 years in food processing/manufacturing environment.
• QA Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate QA staff to ensure food safety and quality.
• Work with all departments for the good of customers.
• Ensure QA staff are properly trained.
• Help meet budgetary and performance goals.
• Uphold and enforce all food safety policies and practices.
• Communicate complaints.
