Job summary

The role collaborates with sales, R&D, and management to sustain product integrity, supports audits, and leads initiatives to uphold HACCP, GMP, and SSOP programs while meeting export requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or related field.
• 5+ years industry experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP and sanitation.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist FSQA manager in implementing and training on food safety programs.
• Work with sales to develop product specifications and address customer concerns.
• Lead audits and manage internal audit programs; prepare for regulatory audits.
• Mentor FSQA staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee sanitation, quality plans, and process validation.
• Export compliance for pork products to multiple countries.
