Job summary

You will conduct quality tests, calibrate equipment, and analyze samples from raw materials to finished products, including pH, gluten, and water activity.

Qualifications

• QA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company and customer quality standards are being met.
• Conduct quality tests, perform inspection checks, and calibrate equipment.
• Analyze samples for all areas of the processing plant, including raw materials and finished products.
• Analyze pH, Gluten, and water activity.
• Communicate findings regarding food safety deficiencies to FSQA Manager and provides feedback and recommendations.
• Ensure employees are following safety regulations.
