Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist FSQA Management in developing and maintaining SOPs and program instructions.
• Monitor and document food safety and quality of raw and finished products.
• Ensure HACCP/GMP compliance and report deviations.
• Provide training on GMPs, risk preventive controls, and prerequisite programs.
• Lead audits and maintain FSQA documentation and records.
