Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and verify testing equipment daily.
• Test chemical solutions; sample and analyze.
• Grade products to customer/quality specs.
• Test raw materials from storage and deliveries.
• Perform pre-operational sanitation checks.
• Conduct environmental monitoring for contamination risk.
• Enter results into the SPC database accurately.
• Document actions per regulatory standards.
• Notify supervisors on out-of-spec results.
• Maintain GLP and GMP compliance.
• Keep lab supplies stocked and organized.
• Assist with HACCP, GMP, SQF programs.
• Collaborate to investigate non-conformances.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
