Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage is hiring a FSQ Lab Manufacturing Technician for the 3rd shift (AWS) in Germantown, WI. The role covers QA testing, sampling, sanitation approvals, and documentation within the FSQ Lab environment.

Base pay with shift differential and a robust benefits package are offered, with opportunities for professional growth. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a BSc in Food Science or Food Engineering, and at least 1 year of QA experience in food/beverage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to document, describe and interpret records.
• Ability to enforce company procedures and policies.
• Ability to document inspection findings accurately.
• BSc in Food Science, Food Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ year of QA experience in food/beverage manufacturing.
• Trained in HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Execute Quality Monitoring Scheme routines across manufacturing processes.
• Test raw batches, finished products per the scheme.
• Sample, test, and release bulk and refrigerated ingredients.
• Perform pre-operation sanitation approvals and change-over compliance.
• Perform CIP validation and allergen testing.
• Coordinate collection and storage of finished product samples.
• Maintain FSQ documentation practices.
• Keep FSQ Lab area organized and clean.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and investigations.
