Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a FSQ Supervisor to lead a team of auditors and technicians at our Perry, GA facility. You will ensure food safety and quality standards are met and drive continuous improvement on the production floor.

The role supports the FSQ Manager, facilitates trainings, analyzes records, and helps address issues impacting safety and quality. A HS diploma and 2 years in food safety are required; Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience in Food Safety/QA in food processing.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's Degree and >2 years in meat/poultry.
• English communication; Spanish reading/writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise FSQ Auditors and FSQ Technicians on food safety activities.
• Coach and train Team Members; ensure HACCP and SQF compliance.
• Lead data analysis, monitor trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Support FSQ Manager and address on-floor issues and investigations.
