Job summary

Link Snacks in Perry, GA seeks a FSQ Supervisor to oversee Auditors and Technicians ensuring food safety and quality per SQF standards at the USDA-inspected facility.

The role supports the FSQ Manager, maintains HACCP-based systems, and ensures regulatory and customer quality requirements are met. Strong leadership, coaching, and bilingual communication (English with Spanish preferred) are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred degree and 2+ years in food safety/quality in meat/poultry industries
• Experience as supervisor or team lead preferred
• Bachelor’s/Associate in Food Science or related field beneficial

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises a team of FSQ Auditors and FSQ Technicians.
• Sign and verify processing records on the production floor.
• Audit FSQ procedures to ensure SQF program compliance.
• Lead trainings and meetings for continuous improvement.
• Address food safety/quality issues on the production floor.
• Lead special projects for improvement or new product development.
