Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a FSQ Supervisor to lead a team of FSQ Auditors and Technicians at our USDA-inspected meat snacks facility. You will supervise, coach, and train staff to meet food safety and quality standards under the SQF system.

The role supports the FSQ Manager in HACCP compliance, regulatory and customer quality requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives. 1st shift runs Monday–Thursday, early morning hours.

Qualifications

• Must work effectively with all levels of management and Team Members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual with Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise FSQ Auditors and FSQ Technicians in food safety and quality activities.
• Coach and train team; address safety and quality questions on the floor.
• Audit and monitor FSQ procedures per SQF Quality System.
• Lead by example in following safety and quality procedures.
• Provide coaching for team performance and communicate objectives.
• Maintain attendance and staffing; interview and hire new team members.
• Facilitate trainings and meetings across departments.
• Report and analyze records to monitor trends.
• Address on-floor safety/quality issues and collaborate on improvements.
