Job summary

Stibo Systems seeks an FSI Industry Practice Lead to shape messaging and use cases for banking, insurance, and fintech. You will support strategic sales engagements, engage with C-level executives, and lead thought leadership efforts demonstrating the business value of master data management.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure market needs guide product and partner communications, while enabling field teams with compelling value narratives and role-specific content.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of FSI processes and regulatory frameworks (IFRS 9, Basel III, AML/CFT, BCBS 239, Solvency II).
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives within FSI organizations.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic sales cycles.
• Familiar with data strategy or data governance initiatives.
• Background in defining or promoting data-driven use cases across business areas.

Responsibilities

• Industry messaging & use-case definition to position MDM as a strategic asset for FSI.
• Sales support and executive engagement with CISOs, COOs, and other C-levels.
• Thought leadership and content creation through whitepapers, blogs, and webinars.
• Enablement & field readiness with training, playbooks, and value maps.
• Customer interaction and market feedback to influence GTM and product plans.
