FIS Management Services LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sr Director, Commercial Product Management to own the Enterprise Customer master and the identity, consent, and KYC capabilities. This startup-like initiative is designed to modernize banks with an AI-enabled, standalone core integrated with major cores.

You will lead end‑to‑end product decisions, align with engineering, risk, and client teams, and drive delivery at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

Deep experience owning a customer master, party/identity service, CIF modernization, KYC/onboarding platform, or MDM program with personal data model ownership.
Hands-on engineering background with 3+ years building, shipping, and operating production software.
Fluent in APIs, event-driven and distributed systems, data and state modeling, and security.
Experience with privacy laws and regulatory alignment (W-9, W-8, CRS).

Responsibilities

Define prioritization for party, relationship, and contact-point capabilities.
Own non-discretionary change: KYC, beneficial ownership, tax certifications, and privacy requirements.
Keep the roadmap on track and define success metrics (e.g., duplicate-party rate, onboarding lead time).
Serve as SME for master data, identities, relationships, consent, and agreements across silos.
Collaborate with clients to map onboarding, KYC, and customer-maintenance flows.
Define APIs, domain events, identifiers, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure multi-tenant isolation and encryption of PII.
