Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ is recruiting a Compliance Project Manager to coordinate FS&T compliance components across projects. You will drive planning, oversee run-state work, and lead cross-functional teams including Finance, Technology, and PMO to manage interdependencies, risks, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Information Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Project Management of enterprise-wide implementations.
• Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking, portfolio scheduling tools, and RAID Log management.
• Strong leadership skills to lead through ambiguity and influence peers and senior management.
• Excellent communication across forums and diverse audiences; ability to facilitate discussions.
• Proven partnership building with stakeholders across functional and geographic boundaries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and both planned and unplanned work.
• Ability to navigate organizational decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and maintain FS&T Compliance Project Plans.
• Follow FS&T Project Management standards while maintaining Project Plans and status data, including RAID and dependencies.
• Provide PMO perspectives to management of compliance work in run state and within projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements related to Compliance and project engagement, delivery, reporting and communications.
• Manage and motivate team members, address performance gaps and provide feedback.
