Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Compliance Project Manager located in New Brunswick, NJ. This role drives the compliance components of the Finance Solutions & Technology portfolio, managing planning, oversight, and run-state work, while guiding FS&T deployments with compliance activities.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of building relationships across FS&T Compliance, Finance, Technology and PMO teams to ensure timely delivery and strong risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Information Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Project Management of enterprise-wide implementations.
• Knowledge of project planning, tracking, portfolio scheduling tools and RAID Log management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and maintain FS&T Compliance Project Plans.
• Follow FS&T Project Management standards with status data and RAID.
• Provide PMO leadership for compliance activities within projects.
• Identify process improvements related to compliance and project delivery.
• Motivate team members and provide constructive feedback on performance.
