Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Compliance Project Manager based in New Brunswick, NJ. The role focuses on coordinating Compliance components of the FS&T portfolio, driving planning, oversight and cross-functional execution across Finance, IT and Security teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of enterprise PM experience, with strong RAID, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of enterprise PM experience.
Ability to set direction, align teams and coordinate complex programs.
Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking and RAID management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Compliance components of the FS&T portfolio and projects.
Lead planning, oversight and communication of compliance activities.
Support and guide FS&T deployment project managers on compliance tasks.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT and Security.
Monitor risks, issues and interdependencies to drive on-time delivery.
