Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Information Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Project Management of enterprise-wide implementations.
• Strong planning, tracking, RAID Log management and governance skills.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence senior management.
• Excellent communication across diverse audiences and locations.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and maintain FS&T Compliance Project Plans.
• Follow FS&T Project Management standards and maintain status data.
• Provide PMO perspective to management of Compliance work in run state and projects.
• Identify process improvements related to Compliance and project engagement.
• Motivate team members and provide feedback for performance.
