Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ, seeks a Manager for Financial Information Systems to lead the global consolidation reporting efforts and optimize enterprise financial data workflows.

You will partner with Finance, IT, Tax, and Audit to implement scalable, compliant solutions, translate data requirements, and guide organizational change while ensuring robust controls and accurate reporting across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/IS or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/financial consolidation and reporting experience.
• Experience leading/coordinating financial systems and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation activities, including requirements gathering and design.
• Collaborate with finance controllers, business partners, SAP teams, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Prepare functional specs, configuration docs, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Configure consolidation groups, master data structures, and financial hierarchies.
• Guide governance for system changes ensuring SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
