Lamb Weston is seeking a production hourly team member at the West Plant in Boardman, OR. You will monitor fryers, blanchers, and dryers, adjust process settings, and ensure product quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include oil and chemical level checks, titrations, and routine sanitation. Prior manufacturing experience and ability to read/write English are important for success.

Formación

• Reads and writes English clearly for forms and memos.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor fryers, blanchers and dryers to ensure proper temperatures and flow.
• Adjust process settings as required to maintain product quality and safety.
• Perform oil and chemical level checks, titrations and sampling.
• Maintain sanitation standards and recordkeeping as required.
