Qualifications

• Experience in a frozen food manufacturing facility required.
• Experience leading and directing people.
• Ability to visually monitor and read operating screens.
• Safety oriented; follow safety procedures.
• Excellent communications; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment conditions and coordinate with maintenance and sanitation as needed.
• Communicate with Process Lead and Production Supervisor to resolve issues.
• Document settings, actions, issues, and defects accurately.
• Coordinate operations within/between departments with leads.
• Direct and coordinate activities of employees in the freezing process.
• Train and guide team members in process operations and cleaning.
