Qualifications

• Experience working in a kitchen or fast-paced food service environment.
• Familiarity with deep fryer operation and fry station procedures.
• Ability to stay organized and ensure consistent food quality.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor deep fryers to cook items to proper temperature and quality standards.
• Prepare and bread food items prior to frying per recipes and specs.
• Monitor oil quality and temperature, change oil as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe fry station during each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate food production.
