As a Fry Cook, you will prepare according to Huey’s recipes, set up stations, and ensure every dish meets the restaurant standards. Key requirements include at least 1 year of cooking experience, teamwork, strong organizational skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and stocking the station before service.
• Prepping food daily and following Huey’s recipes.
• Complying with Health Department regulations and safety standards.
• Serving and preparing food of the highest quality.
• Ensuring food is ready at the right time, order, and temperature.
• Meeting ticket times for appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
• Cleaning station and assisting others with cleanup.
• Communicating and cooperating with back-of-house and front-of-house coworkers.
• Adhering to Huey’s policies and procedures.
