Responsibilities

• Set up and stock station before service.
• Prep food daily and follow Huey’s recipes.
• Comply with Health Department regulations and safety standards.
• Serve and prepare food of the highest quality.
• Ensure food is ready on time and at the right temperature.
• Meet required ticket times for all courses.
• Clean station and assist teammates as needed.
• Communicate with back-of-house and front-of-house staff.
• Adhere to Huey’s policies and procedures.
